These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our trading advisory, brokerage facilitation, copy trading, and educational services.

Richston Group is a financial consultancy and trading solutions provider based in Dubai, UAE. We offer: • Trading Brokerage Solutions: Facilitation of account opening with partner brokers • Copy Trading Access: Connection to professional traders through regulated platforms • Market Education: Training, webinars, and market analysis • Account Support: Assistance with onboarding, KYC, platform selection, and customer service We act as an intermediary and advisor. All trading is executed through our partner brokers, not directly by Richston Group.

To use our services, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts • Not be a resident of a restricted jurisdiction • Comply with all local laws regarding online trading • Provide accurate and complete information during registration We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

When registering for services through our partner brokers: • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials • You must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as required by regulatory authorities • You consent to the sharing of your information with partner brokers and regulators • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

• Advisory Fees: May apply for certain consultancy services • Broker Fees: Spreads, commissions, and charges are determined by the partner broker • Copy Trading Fees: Performance fees or subscription costs may apply • Third-Party Costs: Bank transfers, payment processing fees are borne by the client All fees are disclosed prior to service activation. We do not guarantee profits or returns.

Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge: • Past performance is not indicative of future results • You may lose some or all of your invested capital • Leverage can amplify both gains and losses • Copy trading does not guarantee profits • Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose. Seek independent financial advice if necessary.

Richston Group is not liable for: • Trading losses incurred through partner brokers • Technical failures, internet disruptions, or platform downtime • Errors or delays in data, pricing, or execution • Actions or omissions of third-party brokers • Market volatility or force majeure events Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law. We provide advisory services only and do not directly execute trades.

You may not: • Use our services for money laundering, fraud, or illegal activities • Manipulate markets or engage in abusive trading practices • Provide false information or impersonate others • Reverse-engineer or misuse our technology • Violate any applicable laws or regulations Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on our platform are owned by Richston Group or licensed to us. You may not: • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission • Use our brand or trademarks without authorization • Scrape data or automate access to our services Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UAE data protection laws. We may suspend or terminate your access to our services: • At any time, for any reason, with or without notice • If you breach these Terms of Service • If required by law or regulatory authorities • If you engage in prohibited activities Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. For international clients, local laws may also apply.

In the event of any dispute: • First, contact our customer support team to seek informal resolution • If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to mediation • Arbitration in Dubai under UAE arbitration laws may be required • Class action lawsuits are waived to the extent permitted by law Each party bears their own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the court or arbitrator.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Richston Group, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from: • Any claims arising from your use of our services • Your violation of these Terms of Service • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights • Your trading activities through partner brokers This indemnification survives termination of your account.

Our services involve partnerships with regulated brokers including: • Equiti Securities • ADSS (Abu Dhabi Securities) • MultiBank Group • Daman Markets • Star Trader • Other DFSA, FSRA, SCA, FCA, ASIC, and CySEC-regulated firms Each broker has its own terms and conditions. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting their terms. We are not liable for broker actions or policies.

Richston Group operates in compliance with UAE financial regulations. Our partner brokers are licensed under: • DFSA – Dubai Financial Services Authority • FSRA – Abu Dhabi Global Market Financial Services Regulatory Authority • SCA – Securities and Commodities Authority (UAE) • International regulators: FCA (UK), ASIC (Australia), CySEC (Cyprus) Clients are responsible for ensuring their trading activities comply with their local regulations.

It does not constitute: • Financial, investment, or trading advice • A recommendation to buy or sell any security • A guarantee of future performance • Tax, legal, or accounting advice You should consult with qualified professionals before making investment decisions. If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements signed with Richston Group, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our services.
